Swankee will only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Service via email at: email@example.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire cost of the items (excluding shipping). If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order was received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving via email at: email@example.com with the words "Wrong" or "Damaged Items" in the subject line. We are not responsible for any damages done during or after washing of the item(s).
